摘要:
针对高层建筑物外墙涂料施工大多采用搭建脚手架和人工吊篮的方式,不仅造成施工成本高、喷涂效率低,而且工人的生命安全难以保证;为此,本研究提出并设计了一种基于PLC控制的高空外墙喷涂机,该装置主要包括:提升机构、吊篮机构、喷涂机构、吸附机构以及气动控制系统,其中移动平台通过PLC控制行程开关的通断实现喷头左右往复喷涂;吸附机构通过气动控制系统实现障碍物跨越并保持连续喷涂;同时对设计的PLC控制系统和气动系统进行了验证,经实验表明该装置工作稳定、安全可靠,一定程度上替代人工操作,提高了喷涂效率和质量。
Abstract:
Aiming at the the situation of external wall plastering of construction most of using scaffolding Artificial hanging basket way which not only lead to high construction cost low efficiency,but also the workers life safety is not guaranteed;Aerial spraying machine was put forward which based on PLC control system.The device consists of lifting mechanism, hanging basket mechanism,spraying mechanism, absorbing mechanism pneumatic control system,The moving platform can realize the nozzle reciprocating spray by PLC control travel switch on off;Absorbing mechanism can achieve continuous spraying by pneumatic control system; The experiment research of the PLC control system Pneumatic system were also conducted,The application examples show the device of the stability reliability can be improved effectively, to a certain replace manual work, improving the spraying efficiency quality.
