摘要:
针对集装箱起重机的吊具本身自重量较大,起升机构电动机功率25左右是用来起升集装箱吊具本身重量所消耗的功率。为了节能降耗,笔者研发了一种集装箱起重机的节能起升机构,本文详细阐述该机构的结构、作用原理及扭卷弹簧的设计计算。
Abstract:
In the light of the sling for container crane itself has a large self weight,The motor power of up to 25 of the lifting mechanism is used to lift the power consumed by the weight of the container sling.In order to save energy reduce consumption,A kind of energy-saving lifting mechanism for container crane is developed.The structure principle of the mechanism are expounded in detail,The design calculation of the torsional spring are also provided.
