利用X射线衍射法对圆筒对接焊缝的残余应力进行测试分析。研究焊接残余应力测试方法,给出合理的电化学腐蚀参数,即合理的腐蚀深度。分析电动打磨与手工打磨?#22278;?#20313;应力测试结果产生的影响。分析残余应力测试对电解抛光的具体要求。分析不同腐蚀深度下残余应力的变化规律。结果表明:1) 电动打麿破坏试件表面残余应力分布,手工砂纸打磨使试件表面残余应力增大;2)电化学腐蚀后的抛光处理对表面残余应力测试值有一定影响,抛光不完整导致残余应力值减小50以上;3) 试件表面残余应力随腐蚀深度增加有减小的趋势,与理论分析结果接近。
Abstract:
Using the method of X-ray diffraction (XRD) was carried out on the cylinder of the butt weld residual stress testing analysis. Research for a reasonable parameters of electrochemical corrosion, including corrosion of voltage, current time on welding residual stress test. Analysis of electric polishing manual polishing on the effect of the residual stress test results. Analysis of residual stress test of the specimen surface roughness requirements. Analyses the variation regularity of residual stress under different corrosion depth. The results showed that: 1) Electric polishing damage specimen surface residual stress distribution, h sing make specimen surface residual stress increases; 2) Electrochemical corrosion after polishing treatment on surface residual stress test values have a certain influence, polishing incomplete cause the residual stress value decreases by more than 50; 3) The surface of the specimen with the increase of corrosion depth has a tendency to reduce residual stress, confirm to the theoretical analysis results.
